1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in the IT Industry for more than 20 years starting off with a developer background and right now, having more than 10 years of experience in project management. Currently, she’s working with XXXX as a Senior Manager for Solution Delivery where she is responsible for production support of technical team. She is in charge as well with their eMPF and other big projects. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Project Manager and Application Support Manager. Also, was an Assistant Delivery Manager for XXXX where she was involved with major projects as well such as their Point of Sale. She had experience with XXXX as well being a Senior Solution Consultant (PM & Technical Lead) where she also worked on their Point of Sales. Most of her career before this was more on the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Programmer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be technical project management since she has been doing this for many years now. She has mostly worked as a project manager and technical lead for most of her companies.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 10+ years of experience when it comes to project management. Mostly worked for banking and finance industry in the past few years. Has a bit of experience as well with cloud services such as AWS and Azure. Familiar an knowledgeable with SaaS and the latest one she was involved with is ServiceNow.
