1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is originally from Germany and has been living in Hong Kong for about 7 years. His background is more on aviation management and logistics since he has been studying this since his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. He started off with a company in Germany where he implemented a software and worked for several startups in Berlin, Germany related to payment and shipping, also customer service area. He also was a co-founder for two years and after that moved to Hong Kong and started to work for XXXX where he managed their system implementation and managing all the system trainings for the team in Asia. Later on, he also became department head where he took over for about 40 people. After that, he worked for XXXX as a Senior Manager where he helped implemented an ERP system for them. He is currently with XXXX as a Senior Manager where he is now implementing a new product for them.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be system implementation and optimization for all kinds of IT projects. He is also good with scaling, people management and has lead the biggest team of 40 people. To summarize, he is proficient with project management, people management, and system implementation.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He has been doing project management for about 7-8 years now since his department currently is always based on projects where he has used different types of methodologies such as waterfall or agile, also has project management experience back in XXXX so he’s very experienced in it. Not much experience with AWS, Azure, and setting up a project in cloud with his team but he has been doing ERP implementations in Microsoft 365 which is also a cloud. Has done SaaS solutions with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP, has worked also directly with IT people.
