1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He took up his Bachelor’s in Computer Science and currently taking up his MBA both at XXXX. He started off as an Analyst Programmer and Project Manager at XXXX. Then after that, founded his own startup in Mainland China but unfortunately after pandemic, had to go back to Hong Kong and joined XXXX as an Agile Project Manager where they handled a mobile application called Marketplace application that allows the users to register events and attend events by showing the patch or QR code to get into the exhibition. Also handled a project about Jira and conference migration projects; another project is a virtual event platform because of the pandemic. Then his last role was with XXXX as a Senior Product Manager.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be managing and developing products or projects. He is also good at identifying the client’s pain points and really tries to know the problem and what they are going to deliver to their customers. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 for both project and product management.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 6-12 years of accumulated experience in project/product management and has worked as a product manager for XXXX before under innovation hub; as a product manager for them, they had integrated many IoT to online platform for their customers to monitor their energy usage or other sensor detectors and also planned lots of automation. Also knowledgeable with cloud services and more familiar with AWS; also has touched Azure a bit. The platform that they provided to their client during his time with XXXX is also cloud-based SaaS.
