1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a Senior Project Manager at XXXX where they are focusing on digital transformation and they mainly use Bitrix24 for it. They mainly do customization for their customers. He is a Senior Project Manager here who also does pre sales, support, and also doing QA. Before this, he was also a Project Manager for XXXX wherein they are focused in mainland China, looking for new opportunities there and he provides project management there. Prior to that, he was with XXXX as a General Manager focusing on document management systems and scanning. He also worked for XXXX for over 16 years.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his knowledge about different users/customers and also does business development, he also has worked for XXXX which is on the buying side and has worked after that for sales so he has the understanding of the full cycle of the whole process.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has more than 10 years of experience in project management and rates himself a 4 out of 5 in doing it. He also had few months working for CLP for some Microsoft 360 projects. Also knowledgeable with cloud services and uses it for their current customers, they are using Huawei, Microsoft Azure, and AWS. Has experience delivering SAAS for previous clients and the latest one was Bitrix24 which is a collaboration and CRM system, they have two versions: cloud-based and on premise.
