1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was with XXXX as a Project Manager where he was assisting with obtaining online gaming license and manages the software development and implementation of their projects in this company. Before this, he was a Contract System Analyst for XXXX where he was responsible for overall application support and maintenance tasks for their system. Before this, he was a Senior PM for XXXX where he led projects related to Trading Systems, a Senior PM as well for XXXX where he led a software development team of 7+ members, a Project Manager for XXXX where is also involved in monitoring the software development progress for them. Prior to these experiences, he was with XXXX as a Contract Project Manager and IT Consultant for several years after freelancing from 2005-2007. He started off in more technical roles as System Analyst/ Programmer Analyst for several different companies.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management since he has been doing this for lots of years already and he can easily resolve issues/problems that he might encounter. Also good with people and time management. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in terms of project management and 5 out of 5 in people/time management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 20+ years of experience when it comes to project management and has worked mostly for online betting platforms and similar industries. For the technical side, he is more familiar with AWS and the last project/system he did with XXXX is implemented in this cloud platform. Not much experience in SaaS solutions but most of his projects before are cloud-based.
