1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Transformation Project Manager where he is focused more on Hong Kong projects, logistics and supply chain projects. They are working in transforming all their system in the company to an upgraded system. Before XXXX, he was a Business Analyst for two different companies such as XXXX and XXXX. He also was a Project Manager for XXXX and XXXX where he’s handling IT teams as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be logistic and supply chain since he is more focused on these industries for the past few years of his career. He is also good with managing people, communicating effectively, and managing stakeholders. He believes these skills are essential to a project manager.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He has about 6-7 years when it comes to project management and has worked for XXXX during his time with XXXX; he set up the automated warehouse for them with their material warehouse. Currently, most of their projects are cloud-based in Azure and Google Cloud; also involved in SaaS solutions but not technically hands-on since they have the architecture and code team to work with him on the cloud setup. Their recent SaaS solutions are the WMS, TMS, during his time with XXXX.
