She is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Vice President where they focuses on ecommerce and they are the largest ecommerce funding non-bank financial institution overall Hong Kong and China. Her role here is to manage investor relations and internally with their different departments. She’s also involved with their project management and ensure all information and requirements are on time and aligned with client’s wants. This is also very similar to what she did when she was with XXXX as a Client Relations Manager. On a day-to-day basis, she also communicates to her co-workers in Mainland China using Mandarin.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be client/customers management since she has been doing this since her role way back in XXXX, and believes that it is very important to give clients’ 100% satisfaction in every project and situation.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has several years of project management and leadership experience for her past roles. For her current role, she is directly reporting to their founder and has juniors that are working with her. Has strong service delivery experience in both agency and vendor side. Has experience with ecommerce industry since she’s been working for the largest funder for ecommerce in all of Asia. She has experience with Salesforce as well but not specifically with Salesforce Commerce. She also took several online programming/coding courses mainly in machine learning and has skills as well in Matlab and Python.
