1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is originally from Mexico but moved to Hong Kong about a year ago. He has about 25+ years of experience in the IT industry and most of his experience in Mexico was all about developing apps in local, no code framework and he’s mostly involved with talking to customers, getting their requirements, and translate that into an application model; also had to build proof of concepts for customers and manage all projects from start to end with his team of about eight people. He was focused mostly on insurance and banking companies during his last role as a Project Manager/ Product Owner for XXXX. Before that, he was working with a government office, XXXX as a Head of Operations and Technical Support where he had to deal with tickets from all around the country of Argentina and was responsible for a team of six people. He also had a small company of his own where he implemented digital libraries, systems, and institutional repository. In the beginning of his career, he has been doing some project management, managing relationship with customers and stakeholders, and also open-source software.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be team management, user support, and obviously project management since he has been doing these three skills/areas since he started his career.  He is also great in learning new topics and starting to work on it from the scratch. He’s always keeping himself updated with the latest technology and trends in the market as well.
