   His last role was with XXXX as a Solution/Project Manager where their client is XXXX, he was there to plan and design comprehensive roadmap for application and infrastructure architecture. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Consultant/Architect, their client here is XXXX where he also was involved in planning, execution, and monitoring of technology transformation projects. He also was with XXXX and XXXX as a Solution Architect/Technology Lead Architect where his client is both XXXX. He started off his career in India at XXXX as a Technology Lead/Architect where he handled different clients mostly on the banking and finance side including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and others.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management since he has been doing this for almost 17 years now and has handled lots of projects already, he also has been driving the team, doing roadmaps, and more of the governance control. Good with stakeholder management and has done delivery management as well.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Strong with project management and has been more into banking/finance domain since the start of his career. He is also proficient with cloud services/platform such as Microsoft Azure and AWS. Were involved as well with SaaS solutions most recently doing CRM for some of their clients.
