1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Have been working in the network IT Industry for about 25 years now. He is currently working at XXXX as a Senior Technical Project Manager where he is under the Global Technology Infrastructure, mainly responsible for the network in APAC. Currently, he’s running three projects or program with them on the network side such as data centre and corporate offices. Before that, he was working with XXXX for about 21 years where he had different roles and last was as the Head of the Service Delivery. He also had a Telco experience way back in the Philippines as a Systems Engineer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his people management skills since he is a people leader and good with driving programs/projects. He is also well-versed with project management and program management since this is what he is mostly doing way back in XXXX and XXXX. On the technical side, he is a Cisco Certified, Juniper, Six Sigma Green Belt, and ITIL expert.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Strong with project management and mostly has worked with the financial, pharmaceutical, and retail side. For the technical side, he’s more on the infrastructure side but will be willing to learn and get certified with AWS.
