1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a Systems Analyst for XXXX but he is actually doing project management as well. He is in charge of different projects and manage projects within the authorities because they are outsourcing development work outside. Before this, he was with XXXX, a start-up, as a Project Manager where he is leading their own development team on IoT developments. Some of their clients here are XXXX where they helped them create their own monitoring systems. He also used to be a committee member of the XXXX as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his capability to align different parties especially with users and their developers. He can be the middle man and translate things from programmers to users and vice versa. Strong with databases and IoT, for programming languages, can read different types of codes but not much hands-on coding.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 6-7 years of experience in project management and has experience/knowledge with energy industry during his time as a committee member of the XXXX. Has worked with lots of government projects including some with XXXX, XXXX, etc. Familiar with both AWS and Azure, currently working with a SaaS solution for XXXX at the moment.
