1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a project manager/team leader for XXXX where they deliver SaaS/PaaS solutions to companies in diverse industries from retail to manufacturing to institutions, and utility companies. He started in this company way back in Belgium and when he moved to Hong Kong, he was evolved into a team leader where he is managing a team of 10 people active at all levels of experience. They support the implementation of other projects with respect to the accounting sides of implementations, inventory, and the manufacturing side. He is also coordinating the expertise of his team on different missions which is product development.  Before joining XXXX, he has experience with the XXXX which is a very analytical job about crossing data to get insights into markets, the other one is with XXXX where he was involved in brand marketing.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management and people management as well. He also enjoys the analytical part of his job the most. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 when it comes to analytical parties, and can also say that he really enjoys people management when applying it to project implementations so rates himself a 4-5 out of 5 in that area.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has several years of experience doing project management in XXXX and XXXX. He also has worked and supported telecommunication networks before in PH, Malaysia, and Vietnam wherein they operated the network, thousands of sites, and installations; he worked there as an individual project manager and later on formed a small team where he was the project director. He mentioned he is not a developer himself but he is very familiar with their PaaS products which are mostly based on AWS. Also currently working for SaaS/PaaS delivery company so has experience in it as well
