1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is a graduate of Civil Engineering in XXXX but started her career in IT, last 2021 she moved to Hong Kong and joined XXXX as an Assistant Engineer but later on was assigned as the Project Engineer and currently the Technical Project Manager for them. She is working with the engineering and software development team quite closely wherein she did major projects for XXXX, an even XXXX. She is also responsible at the moment for managing all stakeholders including consultants, clients, subcontractors, managers, and team of developers and engineers. She is participating as well in lead client meetings with senior management, main job is to kick start their projects and construct the technical specification and price proposal, collecting user requirements, documenting them, and translating them into technical language. Also doing the planning cost, budgeting, risk management, project timelines, and ensures that the project moves smoothly.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her ability to be able to navigate complex situations whether that be a technical setting or a business setting. She believes she has a very strong business acumen and a profound technical understanding. She is also able to effectively communicate with the clients as well as the technical team which leads them to deliver high quality results to their clients. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to project management in general.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 4 years of experience as a project management and most of her projects fall into the energy industry. She also has worked for some projects in CLP as well before during her time with XXXX. Good with cloud services as well although they are using Alibaba Cloud currently but believes it’s the same as with Azure and AWS. Also since she’s working with a SaaS company, has lots of experience with SaaS delivery and implementations; the latest one they did was with a hotel in Thailand which is an AI optimization platform, it’s a cloud-based energy management platform to monitor their energy consumption.
