1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in the industry for about 20 years mainly as a Project Manager. In the recent years, he has been working with XXXX where they do various kinds of projects such as automation for energy/utility company in Hong Kong; also in the retail and insurance industry. Before this, he was a Technology Project Manager for XXXX where they did data migration system integration and insurance administration as well. He is also involved here in solution development and deployment. He started off as an Assistant Development Manager for the same company. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be managing lots of different projects and clients. He is very good with project management in general including project initiation, stakeholder management, change management, and team management as well. Rates himself a perfect score of 5 when it comes to project management.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 20 years of experience in project management and has background in the energy/utility industry as well. During his time with XXXX, he has worked for CLP as their client where he was in charge of their automation framework, they were also responsible for introducing testing automation tools in their process and smart meters. He is familiar with cloud services especially Azure since this is what CLP uses as well.
