1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started off as a programmer in her early years and after that work on the technical project management side. His past role was a Technical Business Analyst Lead for XXXX where she was mainly focused on IT project management for banks/financial sector. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager, XXXX as a Project Manager as well. Before this, she was with several different companies as well as mostly a Project Manager and PMO Manager.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would lie in the IT side and project management as well. She is good with problem-solving and communicating with different people from different background and levels. She is also good with cloud services and just finished her AWS certification last month; she is continuously learning about the cloud until now.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for about 15+ years now. She is mostly focused recently on the financial and banking side, before this, she was also working with software company. She is continuously learning about the cloud and is looking forward to work in roles that will expand her knowledge in it. Doesn’t have heavy experience with implementing SAAS but has the knowledge about it.
