1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been living in Hong Kong for about 10 years now and started off working as a programmer/web developer and gradually made his way up to leadership and management for technical positions. He is currently working as Technical Project Manager – Senior Software Engineer for a startup called XXXX where he is doing the development and management positions; he is overseeing all the back end solution and leading the back end team as well. Before this, he was a GenAI Technical Project Manager/Co-Founder & CTO for XXXX where he manages the technical delivery team as well.  Before this, he was mostly a Technical Project Manager, Software Developer and Consultant as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his quick learning skills and his ability to understand things very quickly especially on the business side of things. He is good with understanding and communicating with teams. For the technical side, he has been using JavaScript for quite some time now and is definitely a strong point for him. He also has some experience with PHP, Java, some C#, and even Python. Another strong point is his agile methodology skills and is a certified PSM.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been doing technical project management for about xx years now and has worked for lots of industries before since he was a consultant for two different companies. Has used lots of AWS and a bit of Microsoft Azure for current and previous jobs. Also have done and was involved in multiple parts of SaaS delivery as well.
