1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her first few years in her career started off with system development and was involved in some infrastructure services like configuration/installation of firewalls, switch, and routers. After that, she was a project manager for XXXX where she was responsible for project management tasks for both in-house and outsourcing projects. Most recently, she has been focusing on project management; clients are more in the banking and financial industry. For the last three jobs she had with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, she was doing project management for different end-to-end projects; the project she did with XXXX was a digital customer onboard application used on mobile apps.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her project management skills since she has been doing this for quite a while now. She is also proficient in the IT industry in general since she have knowledge in both system development and infrastructure services. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 in project management in general.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has an overall experience of 9 years in the project management industry; not all roles or titles includes project management but has been doing project management works since then. Mostly focused on financial and banking domain, also have some experience in the government and hospitality industry. Knowledgeable with cloud services and is most familiar with AWS since she has used this for both XXXX and XXXX. Also has experience delivering and implementing SAAS projects and the one she recently was involved with was a mobile application that uses Java program; some parts of it are run on the backend system and some are cloud-based such as data warehouse.
