1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her last role was with XXXX as a VP where she was working in the investment banking engineering under the CEO team and she is responsible for transformation projects and also acting as a project manager. One of the projects she handled was the Salesforce which was a major project for them. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Project Associate Director where she has done business transfer projects in both China and Australia. She also has some experience with XXXX as a Project Implementation Leader where she helped improve the digital platform for their employee benefits.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her communication skills since she needs to frequent communicate with the requirements and rollout plans with stakeholders. She is also good with stakeholder management and lastly, would be strong with negotiation skills as well. Rates herself a perfect 5 out of 5 when it comes to project management in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has around 10 years of experience in the project management and focuses more on the banking or finance industry. Has the knowledge and high-level understanding of cloud platforms since they have the technical team to do it for them. One of the recent projects they did in XXXX was the Salesforce.
