1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started off as a web developer using Microsoft Technologies in UK. Last 2009, moved to Hong Kong and started to focus on marketing technology. He started working for XXXX and was involved in building data warehouses. After that, joined XXXX as a Solutions Architect Manager wherein he worked with local virus software as a solution technology, marketing model, measure technology and monitor the project on site, work with the offshore team to deliver the solution and also help post-implementation as well. Then joined XXXX as a Solution Architect as well and worked also for XXXX as a Marketing Automation Manager where he was involved once again with marketing automation technologies from Adobe. Worked again for XXXX but this time as a Technical Director where he was in charge of the development team and in charge of planning their tasks using Agile to manage different projects. Then got the opportunity to work with XXXX for a short time as a Solutions Architect and his last role was with XXXX as the VP of Software Engineering where he was responsible for leading transformation projects from one technical solution to another. One of the main projects he did was migrate the reporting platform from ClickView to Tableau, basically doing all the design, working out the migration, and also onboarding the different tools that were required.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management and solutions architecture particularly on complex customization cloud-based projects. Has been doing project management for about 10-15 years as well as solutions architecture and can rate himself a 4 out of 5 in both since he still got more to learn even though he considers it as his strongest.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Strong with project management and has been doing this for 10-15 years now. Has covered lots of industries/areas including finance, airline, retail, and more. Knowledgeable as well with cloud services and most familiar using Azure. Has experience as well with deploying and implementing SAAS and the latest one was with XXXX where he helped migrate their reporting platform from ClickView to Tableau; was a cloud-based SaaS solution.
