He is excellent in finding bugs and so he got a star performer award in finding numbers of bugs.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He’s a quick learning and very much proactive and he always want to be a POC in every project or tasks assigned to him or to his team and he always monitors and flexible in every task he does. With 1 year of experience in Automation testing and rates himself 3 out of 5. With 5 years in Manual and rates himself 5 out of 5 for that. He does a project named SOC, they completely revamping the website, so it is a next generation of that website and modified it completely. When the developers start to build it based on the requirements, he used to do the sanity test, write test cases, move to the automation, repeat the process until there is no error or bugs on the website. To test it repeatedly, they used Katalon to record the script and play it again.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He have an experience when it comes to SQL because they use it to access the database and to find values in the table. Willing to explore python. He thinks that he can learn the Robot framework quickly because it is something that is much the same as the Katalon that they are using for the testing.
