1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has rich experience in the testing industry and recently was with XXXX as a Lead Testing Engineer where she led the team of about 8 people, mostly QAs, in end-to-end test for major projects at the same time, she also worked on two major crucial projects for a data migration and AI application testing where she was focused on complete testing of the entire product; from requirement to delivery. Before this, she was also with XXXX working for client XXXX here she was the one defining strategies, test plans, and write test cases as well for their requirements and user stories. Also worked with XXXX and covered different locations including Asia, Europe, and US; she was involved there again with preparing test plans, designing of test cases and story points of requirements. Back then, she has started her career already in India, working for a US telecom company as an IT QA Consultant for several different projects. She has worked on system testing, regressions, and database testing as well, along with UAT and end-to-end, post production support; she is mostly working on the manual side of things since she focuses on complete product delivery like function feature testing, UAT, but also doing/managing some junior automation QAs in refining their scopes of automation test cases and all.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill and expertise would be on quality assurance, testing, defect management, and metrics reporting. Apart from that, her test management & QA leadership skills is something that she can also bring to the table; since she’s also pursuing her Scrum Master certification at the moment. For her soft skills, she has keen attention to details, a customer-centric tester, and has good collaboration skills as well.
