1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has a total of 7 years working experience as a quality assurance and his previous job is at XXX as a quality assurance engineer. Usually, they work in different environments for the different platforms like IOS and Android. They have to create test cases and execute it and do some regression in the production environment and verify those testing results with the project managers. Sometimes they need to coordinate with the other teams to test with the specific functions or if they have some specific campaigns. His current company also provides trainings for the agile methodology and apply those concepts and they usually have meetings with the scrum masters. He uses Jira to record the issues and follow-up users stories with the project managers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He said that his strongest skills is with regards to his communication and time management skills because he thinks that he can work with different types of people in different departments and coordinate with them quite well. For the QA side, he is good in time management because usually they need to meet the deadline and make sure all the issues have been solved and achieve the business requirements.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   With experience in SQL for 1 to 2 years now and rates his skills for that 1 out of 5. He also have an experience in writing test cases and test plans which he rates his skills for that 4 out of 5.
