At XXX when there are RFQ opportunities she works with the sales team to develop proposals, terms and conditions, negotiate with clients and get approval if required and develop risk mitigation strategies. She was assigned to projects and her main tasks she provides training to the sales team and projects team. She was a point of contact for any contractual issues, the project managers contacted her regarding clauses and other important matters.

At XXX Group as a Contract Manager she was responsible for the entire IT Infrastructure of a client which was big in APAC for XXX which was in the banking and finance sector. There were MSAs she was responsible for contractual governance, responsible for driving more revenue to the MSA. She gets meetings with the clients to develop proposals, change orders, she also did the pricings.

She negotiates with the clients and since the client was big in the IT sector, she could do various scope of IT infrastructure including internet, ethernet, NPLS, Cloud. At XXX Group they were subcontracting software products, she covered 18 business units across the APAC region.

She has B2B sales experience in XXX Group as they do business company to company, and have vendors that provide the products which she managed. Some of the products she handled that XXX Group was subcontracting was Microsoft Azure Cloud, they provide the Azure software. Also AWS and Google Cloud, depending on what the client wants but majority of their cloud suppliers and even security software and virtual routers she was able to handle.
