- Currently he is working in XXX as Regional Manager, he is responsible formulating sales strategy and build business for the APAC region including Japan and Korea. He is focus now on encryption decryption product. A cryptographic machine, a hardware product but on top of that there’s a lot of software.
- Beginning of this year they acquire a product that is software which is key management solution. It is focusing in cryptography area in cyber security. He is involved in some data products that is used in BI. Sometimes he communicates with the IT infrastructure for their product for better implementation.
- He rates himself 4 out 5 in Management since he is managing a team with 4 members including him. He manages them remotely and motivates them to perform the best that they can be and on his track record most of his subordinates works for him for 2 to 3 years before they decided to pursue other opportunity and for him that is a sign that he is good at managing or leading a team.
- He is a hunter since he always reaching out to the end-users and channel partners.
