1. He has been involved in the industry for 15 years.And, of those 15 years, 12 years have been spent in management.And the rest of the three years, he just worked like a normal support analyst. As a result, he has extensive experience managing teams and growing businesses, as well as directing budget planning.and also work with the other team members, account managers, service managers and to align with the business strategy, managing all the escalations, including high-level escalations, and building a very productive team. He can always stay on top of all the operational issues and provide support across all the business units globally. 


2. He is an expert in desktop support, troubleshooting, communication, windows, and overall IT experience.

3. In his work he provide’s a lot of support, such as application support.They do a bit using a web base to do support, and they also use JavaScript and an API connector for streams, etc. And also SQL for the company base, which he also uses, because we support applications, multiple applications, and they do not use scripting.

4. In his previous company, he had experience with XML; they normally do file formats for storing and also transmitting the data, so that's how they use it. For Edi, they are not much really using it.
