1. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   On the Project management/ development of systems and about programming, he rates himself 5 out of 5. Rate himself 5 out of 5 for his skills in Arabic language because he is a native. He worked for a computer training center and at that time they offered a free class to all staff and his main interest was programming and he attended several courses for SQL, .net etc. He also developed a software at that time using .net, it it’s a software that enables the front desk staff to receive/accept the payments of the trainees automatically, save to the database, and print them instead of doing the manual data entry. Before, he handled a work with regards for project management but not something that is related to IT. Every year, the division that he was in and responsible for, they must develop or create several products and introduced them so that they need to manage these products as a separate project find it quite comprehensive. He must make sure that all those projects run smoothly and delivered on time. He is also flexible when it comes to time zone.

2. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career in Accounting and Finance because that’s the easiest job to find while he is in the university. After that, he moved to business and worked for a children’s product company but most of his times, he works in the office when he was in Syria. He just travelled to Dubai for some short visit. After that, he moved to Hong Kong because his wife is from Hong Kong and he observed that when he’s applying for a job in HK, they’re focusing on his skills when it comes to Arabic, so he thinks that this is his special skill when he’s in HK. Because of that, he decided to take Masters in Arabic and moved as an Interpreter for the government and allows him to get a very flexible Schule regarding his assignments.
