1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working in XXXX as a Sales Account Manager, it is a Germany based company in which he handles customers based in HK and South China. His role there is to manage the frontline, the inventory, sales, and technical support. Prior to that, he worked as a Product Marketing Manager at XXXX and a Sales Account Manager in XXXX. where he is mostly responsible for APAC region’s (HK, China, SE Asia) sales and marketing activities. Before that, was a Senior Sales Engineer at XXXX. Overall, he has lots of management and technical experience, also managed teams to achieve the sales goal. He also learned good communication skills because of the frequent need to communicate with different regional office as well as HQs. Customers handled include local distributors and MNC manufacturers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his analysing skills, to analyse the market and customer’s background and situation. This is also what he uses to take care of the business. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in this skill.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has a very generic view on LiDAR Technology and Laser Scanning, learned this on one of a technical workshop but don’t have any working experience it. Has little to no idea about mapping and surveying but is keen to learn it. Handled some government clients during his time in XXXX. and is very good with his communication skills.
