1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in sales after graduation for about 20+ years now, he went to different industries such as selling phones, batteries, and computer products. After some time, he went back to school to do Marketing diploma, to be able to navigate through the market. He then joined XXXX as a National Account Executive where he got most of his sales experience and skills; he created lots of RFPs there. Then he moved to the digital side and joined XXXX as an Account Director where he sold digital media, ads, and such; really enjoys talking to clients/customers and discussing what they need for their business. He also went to the industry of selling commercial stuff such as cranes, train tracks, and similar equipment. Then his last role was with XXXX as an Account Manager Team Lead where he boosted the territory he’s in charge with and has built it from scratch.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be talking to people, consulting with them, and finding out what they need. He has always been a people person and is great in figuring out the things that will add value to his client’s businesses.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has strong account management and customer/client management experience since she has been doing this for the past 10+ years of his career. He is experienced with working on the utility industry during his time with XXXX, and is keen to explore this line of area in Hong Kong. Familiar with SaaS applications and cloud-based solutions as well.
