1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started to work in an HK based manufacturing company called XXXX as a Project Engineer wherein he’s responsible for designing the whole product to meet the requirements. Also exposed to discussion with lots of customers here in this role and company. Then transferred to XXXX as an Accounts Manager and Marketing Engineer, in this company is where he learned the full cycle of marketing. Also need to do sales key account management. After that, he joined XXXX as a Senior Manager for the Sales & Marketing department where they are the one who is in the frontline and tasked to get more people/customers. Then last work was with XXXX for 10+ years and worked there in business development and sales accounts managing. Communicate there with lots of customers and establish strong relationship with them.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his presentation with people. Says he loves learning with different customers and has been exposed to this frequently since he needs to present clearly the company’s intention with the customers. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 in this skill.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has usually worked in electronics industry and have worked on laser scanning before for his past roles, used it before to check the whole dimension and get the 3d model of the product so LiDAR and laser scanning technology would not be that difficult for him to understand. Only have the understanding on mapping and surveying during university days. Had some government customers before but not in HK, but from other regions in Asia. No problem with talking and loves presenting to people.
