He is currently with XXXX as a Consulting Director where he is in-charge of running the project managers’ organization for the APJ region and previously for the Guangzhou region (Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) where he was running the consulting service for the Greater China area. Before that, he was with XXXX as a Client Partner of Infor Nexus where he was involved running the client partners for a short period of time; they mostly do AI analytics, data implementation, consultancy service, and more on project implementation as well. He also previously run the business for professional service of Greater China as the Professional Services Director of the same company. He also was with XXXX as a Consulting Director where he led team of architects and project managers in technology consulting providing Enterprise Architecture Consulting. He started his career with XXXX and XXXX, both involving him into professional services.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his ability to turn around the business around quickly and get businesses into sustainable growth; great with achieving multi-year and multi-quarters positive growth especially with his last two companies. He is also good in bringing a team together to do and complete things; also interested with trying new stuff, innovating within new technology trends and applying it to businesses.
