1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After her graduation, she started her career in a manufacturing industry, where she worked there as a design engineer. She’s a coordinator between factory client and sales team. She’s responsible for the follow ups with the project and different parties. Her last job role was an assistant manager. She serves accounts mainly from overseeing like CCTVs, monitoring systems, software and hardware platforms, and format solutions to detect any risk in premises. Since technology is changing and some companies are adding some AI features and analytic functions, their company is still focusing on the traditional CCTV systems. That’s why she left the company and started looking for a new company and its time for her to look for a change.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She specializes in following up projects with different parties. She coordinates with technical departments and marketing departments and customers as well. Most of their solution is not a standard one, where they have to cater for some special needs as well for their clients and she is also good in developing incentive schemes and promotional events for new product launch and making promotion campaigns as well. Most of the time, she coordinates with her boss, and she is close working on some new products to their client to find more business opportunity and lowering down profit margins to make their cost more competitive in the market. She is also skilled in packaging products to make more competitive with other lower price products.  
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has worked in XXXX for 2 years before, a German company and a manufacturer and supplier of a construction equipment. She also has contacts to their property developer to approach them and sell them their products. She has sold light construction machinery like hand-held machineries only not the vehicle ones.  She also does demos and trains their staff and salesperson.
