He implemented a help desk system, oversaw renewals and upselling, and transitioned the company from a SaaS model to a pay-as-you-go and enterprise model. Currently, he is a regional leader at XXXX for Developed Asia and China, handling renewals, upselling, managing large clients, and overseeing a team of CSMs and analysts in the consumer insights sector.
