- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX as their Key Account Service Manager, handling some of the major financial institutions in Hong Kong and APAC including HSBC, Bank of China, BDO, and others. He is acting as the bridge between customers and the XXXX side, any questions regarding components, pricing, and others goes directly to him. He is also responsible for regular service meetings with customers, including IT and business teams to go through planning. On top of that, he foresees any potential issues that might affect their business and work together with support team to go over any technical questions and problems. Lastly, he is involved with escalations, blocking issues from customers, and resolve problems within Swift as soon as possible. Before this, he was with XXXX providing both presales and post-sales support via phone calls, emails, or ticketing systems for their customers worldwide. He has experience working there with network customers, Windows infrastructures, and also Mac devices; basically he was responsible for application support for major customers within APAC and EMEA, after that he was promoted as a Senior Technical Support for their premium customers such as HSBC in Hong Kong.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his customer-facing skills and communication skills as well; he is good with building customer relationships especially he has honed it in his current position in handling lots of escalations, incident management for some major institutes in HK, and handling payment systems as well. In summary, he is strongest with customer relationship building and handling escalations management.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 7 years of experience as a customer-facing person, mostly doing technical support and key account service management. He has been mostly with banking and financial industry, as well as some regulators locally in Hong Kong. Has great experience with SaaS especially in XXXX since it’s a SaaS platform itself, it’s an Identity Access Management mostly for their MNC Enterprise customers.
