1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has around 8 years of experience in account servicing, digital marketing, and project management. She’s currently a Business Development Manager for XXXX where she is responsible for handling multiple accounts, work directly with their clients on projects, identify business growth, and also write proposals for their clients. She works closely with her team as well to utilize the SaaS product, do basic setup, and training as well; also closely involved with the technical team for new feature launches. And since she has experience with digital marketing, she is also sometimes doing pre sales and research, pitching, and demo functions to the clients.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be customer management skills since she is also doing account management for current/previous roles. She has prior experience of managing delayed timeline with a client and she has managed to build their trust and gained another year subscription to them. In summary, she’s good with client/customer management, account management, and building trust/relationships as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been doing customer success and account management for her past few roles and has experience working full time for XXXX before as a digital marketing intern where she was responsible for digital marketing campaign for the public. Has good experience with deploying/implementing SaaS applications especially in current role, mostly using Google Cloud and their own portal. Latest solution that she was involved with was for a printer and camera selling company in Hong Kong, she helped with the chatbot phrases as well for that.
