1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He graduated from Mechanical Engineering and started his career with a trading company called XXXX as first doing sales function and later on he was handling the products from Europe and US to bring into the Hong Kong market including some environmental product, building materials, and solutions; he also was the one hunting new businesses for that company. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Senior Sales Manager where he was the key player in their technology center in Hong Kong where they worked on energy businesses with building owners, landlords, and some enterprises; he also managed 2 sales team there in Hong Kong and Mainland China, he assisted the team in doing some presentation, engaging, and training them while managing their sales. During his time in this company, he helped increased the revenue about 50% and he is now working with XXXX as a Sales Manager for the Automation and Energy Division where he provided more solutions to their customers mostly on digital field, BMS building management system, and improved their operation efficiency and sustainability of their whole portfolio as well. On top of that, he is also involved there in expanding new businesses from the traditional engineering business to smart and sustainable sector. His key focus there is building management systems, digital solutions as well like AI optimization for energy, smart building solutions, and any trends in the building center market, he handles both hardware and software services for his current role. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be his ability in expanding new businesses and building relationships, also secure some big and mega deals with their customers. He has built some successful cases with different customers and premises. Some of his achievements recently in current company is that he has successfully secured a significant deal just few months into the job, the deal is to replace the BMS into a digital solution, there’s not much business for them but he had brought some new accounts, did upselling and even build more connections with their customers. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has lots of B2B sales experience and has been doing this function for about 15+ years now, mostly in the engineering, building sectors. Over the past few months and previous roles, he has worked in and with engineering/construction companies such as XXXX, Swire Properties, Great Eagle, Nan Fung, Sinos, Zavos, and such. Most of the products he’s handling are related to buildings sustainability and solutions, both hardware and software, such as Building Management Systems and Smart Building Solutions, also some IoT platforms.
