1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working at XXXX as a Business and Development Manager and also worked before as a Sales and Project Manager for XXXX where both are in the sustainability industry and IT company that offers IoT and software solutions to help their customers manage their energy consumption, waste generation, and water consumption. Before these companies, he was Sales and Marketing manager as well for XXXX and mostly involved in sales for his companies before that.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his negotiation skills since he handles customers and needs to maintain their relationship, negotiate deals, and also he’s responsible for thinking of new businesses. Last two companies he joined was a start-up so he needs to constantly think of new ideas/businesses for them.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He was a Project Manager before for an energy industry, XXXX, and also have some experience with XXXX. He is also familiar with CLP and can rate himself a 1-2 out of 5 when it comes to cloud services since he is knowledgeable but doesn’t touch too much of it. He also has deployed or worked with SAAS before during his time with XXXX.
