  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    In the beginning, she had her degree in accounting and business so she started her career in banking finance sector. For few years, she’s doing accounting and finance for various banking corporations like XXXX and XXXX, when she went back to Hong Kong, she worked with XXXX for a bit. After some time, she got interested in the commercial side of things and wanted to explore her career in a more commercial setting so she joined XXXX which is more into retail, luxury, and such. She then gradually moved up with this company to merchandising and sourcing of products, working with different vendors, working with team and planning as well. But since there were no flexibilities back then and she had to take care of her two kids, she had to take a step back and had this one-stop-gift-shop for several years. Then her kids are older after some years so she went back to workforce and initially joined XXXX and eventually XXXX as a Customer Success Director where she led the implementation of the group’s solutions and applications. She really enjoyed her role in this company but unfortunately had to go again due to issues in the supply chain law; some of the brands she worked on with on this company are Nike, Adidas, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, and such. After that, she joined XXXX as first an Enterprise BusDev Manager and later on promoted as the Head of BusDev & Account Management.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be her great communication skills, prioritisation, and efficiencies. She’s also very organized; good with remote setting and independent working as well. She has worked with scattered team members across the globe so she’s good with communication and sense of understanding. Has great account management skills as well and always gets good feedback from her clients for being responsive and actually understanding their pain points.

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Has 10-15 years of overall experience with customer-facing roles during her experience as a Customer Success Director and her account management experiences as well. She hadn’t had an energy industry experience yet but she has the similar experience with public utility and telco including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Has lots of involvement in SaaS products deployment and implementation and she’s still involved with the huge implementation for XXXX at the moment.
