Finished a law degree but he went to sales because always really enjoyed client-facing roles and the process of negotiation. Also liked the strategy and planning behind it. He worked before for XXXX as a Business Development/Client Relations Manager where he was involved in selling to CEOs and CFOs of companies that were interested in joining their professional networks. After that, found that he had passion for technology because of digital transformation that were being talked about by most of their clients. After that, he was in charge of running business development in Australia at XXXX. Then, he is currently a Business Development Advisor at XXXX where he was involved in shaping technology and business development. They key areas of his work here would be cybersecurity and AI, fintech and such.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be sales, client-facing skills, and strategizing skills. He mentioned he loves analysing what’s going on with the technology and where the market’s at, formulating a plan and implementing it. He also loves managing people and handling/working with them.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
He is both experienced in business development and sales of digital transformation services or products, he is doing this for quite a while now. He also has worked for some fintech but hasn’t been heavily involved in financial or banking domains. Can speak fluent English and Mandarin; would love to learn Cantonese as well.
