   After graduating, she joined XXXX where she was a sales and marketing specialist then joined XXXX as a Financial Service Advisory and an Associate Consultant. Later on, she joined XXXX as a Sales and Partnership Associate where she was heavily involved in sales and marketing. Her last role was an Associate Business Development Manager and later on promoted to Business Development Manager at XXXX where she is managing a team of 5 people, coaching and teaching new teammates.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her communication skills since she needs to be in constant communication with their clients and convincing or persuading them to join their plan or buy their products. Another thing is that she has great adaptability skills and can easily adapt to changes in terms of business environment.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has 9-10 years of overall professional experience and has extensive service delivery on consultancy agency or vendor side.
