1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?|
   Has around 25+ years of experience in the industry and first half of his career started from presales and consulting; he was doing mostly presales and full sales project implementation. He was working for a company before called XXXX and was the sole distributor of a cash register and ATM machines as well, he implemented this project across the Greater China and Asia. Afterwards, he worked with hotel systems and after several years, he transitioned himself to more of sales and marketing and aggregated lots of experience in customer-facing. Along the way, he has worked with multinational US companies and started with ERP and sold Microsoft Dynamics ERP, XXXX, XXXX, and others. For the past five years, he was focusing on the emerging technology products and solutions when he worked with XXXX and they automated the internal process there. Afterwards, he was a VP of Global Customer Success for XXXX where they are focused more on decision-making solutions for insurance companies. He is currently a Chief Advisory Officer in XXXX where he is leading a team of sales and presales experts for providing strategic recommendations on tech solutions.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his customer-facing skills; he is strong with engaging in senior level and get deals done. He has worked with subordinates while supporting the regions’ businesses and has worked with several teams including sales, presales, and project team.   
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He actually have his BBA and MBA but has been in the tech/IT industry since the start of his career for over 25 years now. He has been into customer-facing roles for many years now and was a Global Customer Success in his previous role. Has worked with lots of SaaS products and the most recent one he was involved with is their deal with an insurance company where they put the solution at AWS and run the cloud service there as well; he also has experience running a solution on their own cloud-based platform before. When he worked with XXXX before, XXXX was one of their customers but doesn’t have much experience in energy industry in that case.
