  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has 15 years of experience in marketing mostly in technology companies and banking and financial services. He started working in agencies across pacific, XXXX in Singapore. He also worked with XXXX as well in Shanghai. He moved to HK last 2014 and he worked for an investment banking called XXXX with a focus in developing companies across the region and in his role, he is focusing on branding, specifically on integrating all the different offices. In XXXX, it is different feeling company for him, where he is producing hardware devices, not only drones. He joined the digital and brand team where he had to restructure the organization as well as the department. He put some organization focus into practice and he hired new people to design workflows and processes then group the team from about 5 people to 25 people across two years. They were running a marketing campaign for different business units with a strong focus in North America and Canda and then across Western Europe. Then he came back to HK, last 2020 and he joined cryptocurrency exchange called XXXX, where he builds a marketing and sales capabilities. He stayed there for 2 years and then he left the business and a couple of opportunities are lining up to work with smaller startups in the fintech industry. Since then, he’s been helping them to develop their branding and marketing activities.
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    He specializes in marketing, where he covers mostly the brand marketing and product marketing. He is also strong in business development and sales. He was working with a B2B organization where the focus was really to grow the number of sales. He has a strong skillset as well in the technology side because he’s been working in technology sales his whole career.  
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has B2B sales experience indirectly to construction companies. The closest experience he has was related to TGI. He has been in touch service a couple of construction company because that was part of the one of the verticals that they are focusing. He was part of a project related to release the construction that the people are building and have been working alongside in China. He was also involved in mostly related to the suppliers or vendors of heavy machinery, where he’s been working with Cometsu, a Japanese organization. He was dealing with directly to materials surveillance and automation related. He has experience in selling DGI drones for forecasting the site in construction and software related to these drones because most of the time it was a package made of hardware and software but also critical because they’re in industrial processes.
