He graduated from the United States, studying electrical engineering. He worked in Silicon Valley for about 2-3 years. That's where he got most of the startup and working environment experience. After that, he worked in Shanghai for three years as a service manager, leading an A-Team. He has been in Hong Kong for the last 3-4 years, starting as a customer success engineer and now working as an account manager. Throughout his career, he has held five different positions, all in high tech software. His most recent company also focused on customer success management. Building strong customer relationships, from technical support onward, his experience is truly focused on the customer journey.

He believes his strength lies in his technical background. He uses this background to upsell and cross-sell effectively, understand customer concerns, and even provide technical consultations. His second strength comes from his extensive experience in customer success, covering all aspects from pre-sales to post-sales, technical support, and project management. Before this, he was involved in high-tech sectors, including self-driving cars and computer servers for cloud product development. The cloud-based communication services he worked on included SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice, and other options, utilizing a simple API gateway for message connectivity. He also successfully closed deals through upselling and cross-selling, focusing on building strong relationships with customers.
