1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
   She has been with XXXX for over 5 years now and her main focus was with clients account, managing them, training them, and providing support for clients in the APAC and Middle East region. After several months, she got promoted to a Senior Customer Success Manager and her role again was to focus on client retention, account management, portfolio management, and managed around 250K+ British pounds per year back then. She is managing the whole customer life cycle from the moment they are handed sales posteriors, building good relationship with the clients, and such. Their solutions are mostly software for international schools and marketplace for universities and schools; their platforms provides students and career counsellors with tools for research opportunities for tertiary education. She’s currently Customer Success Team managing around 120+ clients around the region and her team members are spread across Hong Kong, Dubai, and China.  
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her great experience in customer success since this is where she excels with. She’s good with building relationships, enjoy working with clients, and has great communication skills, and work very well with a team, very good team player collaborator.    
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has around 6-7+ years of experience with customer facing role especially during her time with current company and previous role with marketing and academia. She recently was focused with the SaaS industry and was involved with cloud-based platforms for students and career counsellors. For cloud platform, she’s proficient with Google Suite, also knowledgeable with the use of Atlassian Slack, Zendesk for support, and Monday.com.
