1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her background was in marketing and BD, for her latest job she was with XXXX and XXXX for the last 2 years. She joined them as a BD manager and Customer Success Manager where they were having an AI and SaaS platform and services for their customers. After some time, she moved to XXXX office and her team is with the Customer Success & Experience/Sales where she’s looking after all the government and institutional customers; her key account here is to take care of the account on all the inquiries and questions on their services of XXXX and is responsible for promoting energy efficiency, solutions to them, and funding for them to do some energy saving or energy efficiency solutions. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Business Development Manager where they drove market expansion on EV charging service in residential development, commercial buildings, and shopping malls. She was also a BD Manager for XXXX, Assistant Manager BD & Marketing for XXXX, and started off as a Marketing and Administrative roles for XXXX and XXXX
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be handling customers, building up relationship, and making sure that they’re happy with their service. She’s also a good listener and is good with asking questions to their customers, hear their pain points, and get good understanding of their problems, and provide solutions as well. Basically, she’s good with maintaining very good relationship and has managed to convert lots of leads as well.

   Has around 15-17 years of experience with customer-facing and account management roles. She has also been involved with deployment of their SaaS products to their customers and is hands-on with them throughout deployment. She also has strong experience with the energy industry since she’s currently working with XXXX and has previously worked with XXXX which is somehow related to energy as well.
