  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
    Have been working in the aviation industry since she graduated and started working with XXXX as a Senior Officer where she was looking after the airline booking systems and B2C as well. She moved there in different departments including ticketing department, CS team, PR team, and others. After that, she moved to XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where they provide solutions, online platform, and connections for travel agencies to make use of their platforms to book tickets, hotels, and cars. She’s also mostly working with key account with the commercial manager for contract; she’s looking after the operation side and needs to get commercial updates, and such. Currently, she’s with XXXX as a Customer Service Manager where she’s still doing key account management and commercial management. She’s in charge of the daily operations part.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be customer management and account management as well since she has been working with B2C and now also B2B. She also is good with managing customer relationship and helping accounts to grow; always seeks the growth of the customer and company at the same time.    

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Has 7+ years of experience with customer facing roles and account management roles as well. Most of the industries she has worked with are on the aviation side. Has experience with SaaS products and most recent one she was involved with was the cloud migration in her previous role, it was with the airline and have API connection as well in their company. She’s familiar with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, and others.
