1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He actually started working on sales and trading for an American Bank called XXXX where he did number of different rotations across sales and trading functions. After that, he decided to switch towards working at tech and joined XXXX with different roles including Sales Dev Representative, Bus Dev Associate, Bus Dev Manager, and last role there was Senior Regional Manager; he helped them in their expansion to around 140+ countries. He then decided to go from the higher education space to the K-12 space and joined XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where he started initially being a BDM for South Asia region and he was offered to expand his portfolio and look after whole APAC region; after a year, he saw the sales cycle and was also able to experience the full kind of customer life cycle in terms of looking at retention and upsell as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be sales because the last role he had mainly focuses on this area. He is also good with account management and has increased the retention rate to about 10% in his last role. Has great sense of adaptability and great with different aspects of sales pitch.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 8-9 years of experience in both customer success and account management as well. Although he had his Bachelor of Economics & Finance, he has been in the tech industry for about 8 years and was already involved in deploying/implementing SaaS products; the last one being with his last role, it’s a cloud-based SaaS onboarding process system. He is also mainly focused with financial services and educational technology industry.
