In 2019, he moved to Hong Kong to pursue an MBA at HKUST. Concurrently, he has been working at XXXX for nearly five years, holding various roles. Initially, he worked in communications before becoming a global program manager for the customer stories program. After a year, he transitioned to the end-to-end digital customer experience team, focusing on sales enablement and tool deployment.
