- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has was born and raised in Hong Kong and went to UK for university where she graduated from XXXX in Management Sociology. After finishing her degree, she went back to Hong Kong and is now working with an ERP company called XXXX as a Customer Success Manager for APAC; she manages a portfolio here of around 100 accounts spreading across Greater China, Japan, and Australia. Her main responsibility there is to do contract renewal, maintaining high retention rate, and also increasing customer contract values through different upselling and cross-selling. One of her biggest achievement is to secure a close to million US dollars deal and successfully converted one of their key accounts in Japan from one year to five years. Before this, she was with XXXX where she was mainly responsible for handling newly onboarded restaurant partners and provide guidance to them.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be customer success and addressing the pain points of customers. She’s good with building relationships as well by genuinely showing them your interest to learn more about their company, project, and address their issues. She’s good with pitching, selling, and managing to close big deals as well.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has Bachelor’s in Sociology and has been into customer-facing roles for almost 4 years now; both of her experience so far is with customer success and account management as well. She has worked with some energy clients from Australia including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX before but not much locally. Currently involved in deploying lots of SaaS products since she’s currently working with an ERP company; most of the products they are launching are more on CRM sales, HR systems, ecommerce, and such.
