1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working in the supply chain industry for about 20 years now and has joined XXXX initially as an Operations Supervisor, then later on discovered his passion with more customer-facing roles so moved to XXXX as a Senior Commercial Executive. After that, he joined XXXX as a Manager for Key Account Management & Business Development where he managed key accounts from Hi-Tech and Industrial & Chemical sectors to provide full supply chain solutions to their customers. After that company, he joined XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where he was mostly handling supply chain SaaS solutions and modules, working closely with the technical team to ensure major milestones are being taken care of, up to the launch of their projects.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his good listening skills with their customers and clients; as an account manager, he knows how to listen to their needs, understand their hurdles, and then propose a solution for their problems. In terms of the industry, he is strong with supply chain and apparel since he have been in those two for about 20 years now.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has a very good experience of being a customer success and account manager since he has been doing these roles for few years now. His expertise lies more in the supply chain and apparel industry but is still willing to learn more about energy/utility industry. Familiar already with SaaS solutions and applications.
