  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    She is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Customer Success Account Manager for more than 2 years now. She is mostly responsible for post-sales activities and her work is divided into two; reactive support wherein she is involved with collaborating and aligning internally for customer incidents/tickets to expedite the process, and proactive responsibility where she is looking after the service delivery of their customer’s contracts, she is also responsible for getting the requirements, propose the right service or technology, and align internally with different stakeholders for that. In this role, she’s also worked with different parties including sales team, technical team, and other parties internally. She also worked with XXXX as a Senior Support Consultant where she was involved with two SaaS platforms: marketing technology and e-commerce SaaS platform. She was the first line support for this company, supported tickets, and helped their customers narrow their issues as well by troubleshooting and providing solutions to them. She started her career as an Account Executive and Senior Client Support Manager for XXXX where she was responsible for customer onboarding, trained them in using the platform, and such.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be her technical background and interpersonal skills; she has resolved lots of tickets and helped customer in troubleshooting issues. Although she didn’t came from the technical background, she can definitely communicate with both technical and non-technical people. Another strength is her interpersonal skills of collaborating with different parties such as their customers, technical team, pre sales team, and other colleagues.

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    She has been doing customer success and account/relationship management since she started her career for about 12 years now. Most of her experience is within the tech industry, marketing, and e-commerce projects; proficient with SaaS applications already since she is heavily involved in this in her current position.
